Please take a moment to read terms and conditions of sale (collectively the “terms”) to understand how they apply to your use of our products or services.
These terms apply to all purchases made. Please read these terms carefully and ensure you understand them.
Are you sure the product will fit to your toilet?
Make sure that you have checked your toilet system to see if the WaterLoo fits your toilet. WaterLoo will not fit onto units that are built into the wall. The systems must be external to the wall. Download the Instructions for Use to make sure that you understand the installation (in other words; using the product as set out in the instructions).

You should rinse and wash all working parts of the WaterLoo regularly. Rinsing of the product can be done while rinsing the valve under running tap water without opening the unit. WaterLoo shall not be liable for the costs of repair or replacement of working parts of the product if you have opened up or damaged the working parts of the WaterLoo.

The actual product may be subject to variations in appearance, as product packaging may differ over time. It remains the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product ordered is correct, and the product description will always overrule any related images when resolving a dispute about a product.
Should you have viewed the product as advertised on our website, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
All prices are subject to availability. The prices include Value-Added Tax if applicable. Special promotions may be subject to certain conditions, including stock availability and limited offer stipulations.
WaterLoo does not guarantee availability of stock but will endeavour to source stock where possible to fulfil your order. Products may only be purchased from our authorised dealers and distributors and from our premises or through our website.
Risk in the products shall pass to you on purchase by you or your representative.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Waterloo upon purchase for any reason, you can return it within 7 (seven) days from date of receipt thereof for a full refund of the purchase price. The only charge that may be levied on you is the direct costs of returning the product.
Upon the return of a product you would have to provide us with proof of your banking details, such as a copy of your bank statement or a cancelled cheque, to enable us to process a refund of the purchase price to you by electronic funds transfer. A refund can take up to 7 (seven) business days to reflect in your account, and EFT refunds are subject to verification of your banking details.We reserve the right not to refund the delivery in respect of any late returns.
WaterLoo will repair or replace defective equipmentreturned to us within 6 (six) months of supply.
Should WaterLoo repair defective equipment and within 3 (three) months after repair the defect has not been remedied, WaterLoo will replace such returned defective equipment. Any subsequent repair or replacement will be for your account.
WaterLoo has not given any warranty or made any representation to you, save as set out in these Terms of Use.
You indemnify and hold WaterLoo harmless against any claim of whatsoever nature which may be brought by any person against WaterLoo as a result of death, injury, damage to or loss of property at any time arising out of or connected with your installation and/or use of the product, excluding a grossly negligent act or omission by WaterLoo or its employees or agents.
No insurer will have any rights of subrogation against WaterLoo, and you agree to notify your insurers of the provisions of this clause.
The products are installed and used by you entirely at your own risk.
All intellectual property rights, including copyright in all materials, trademarks, logos, photographs, images, text, data and other graphics displayed on the marketing information are owned by WaterLoo alternatively WaterLoo is the lawful licencee thereof. Such rights are protected by both South African and international intellectual property laws.
